Terminology

For the purposes of this Agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Together, 'we' and 'you' are collectively referred to as the 'parties' and individually as a 'party'.

Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as the law requires, or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Collaboration with law enforcement authorities in investigations.

In general, we retain your personal information for 18 months following account deletion or deactivation for misuse. This retention period allows time for reviews by financial institutions or investigations by the relevant authorities. If no such review or investigation occurs, we will permanently delete your data at the end of this period.

If there is an ongoing investigation into a legal offence, we will retain your information until the investigation concludes.

If any outstanding debt or credit arises from your use of our services, we will retain your information until the balance is settled.

This Agreement applies to all Users transacting on the Branson Invexor Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, as well as with applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees or administrative regulations is to the latest amended version, whether the amendment was made before or after this Agreement was signed.

Headings

Headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and must not be relied upon to interpret the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules relate solely to those contained in this Agreement.

Use of the Term ‘Include’ and Its Uses

In this Agreement, 'include' shall always be taken to mean 'including but not limited to', unless stated otherwise.

Information Collected

By using the Platform, users consent to the use of cookies to monitor their activity on the Platform and to collect various data, including but not limited to IP addresses, geographical locations, and other relevant information. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identity of P2P merchants and to serve as evidence in P2P order disputes. In addition, facial video (including audio) may be used for Branson Invexor identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform employs technical and organisational measures to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not warrant the security of the personal data you provide and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your personal information.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updated version, including the new effective date and details of the changes. In some instances, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

We will issue official announcements only via the verified contact details you have provided or by posting them directly on the Platform. We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information obtained by other means.
